To dine in history of a suggestive and unique atmosphere. Which goes from the Middle Ages to the Etruscans.The restaurant is located in the historic center, under the cathedral and a few steps from Piazza del Campo.
The restaurant is divided into three levels.
The main hall of medieval origin (period 1000/1100 A.C) characterized by stones and bricks. in the middle of the hall you can admire a well of ancient medieval dump.

The hall can host up to 40 seats.
Going down there is the first room of the Etruscan period.
Very suitable for hosting events such as birthdays / graduations etc. in fact the room has 20 seats.

Going down again we are faced with two niches (in ancient times there were niches where cinerary urns were placed) particularly suitable for candlelit dinners.

Our culinary proposal is based mainly on tradition and stazionality with a particular eye to the performance of the dishes strictly expressed.
A part of the menu is dedicated to truffles (all year) that allows us to enjoy our dishes to customers who love this product. And to conclude our desserts strictly expressed and followed by our pastry chef.
